The Archives Ministry shall collect, catalog, preserve, and display the Church's history, artifacts, and records and educate the congregation, community, and constituents about the history, faith, Christian witness, and significance of St. Albans Congregational Church UCC.
The Archives ministry was established as an organized work group in 2005. It formally requested and received Church Ministry status—entailing responsibilities, requirements, and benefits—by a vote during the Quarterly Church Business Meeting on Saturday, September 30, 2006. The initial members included Jeanette Judkins, Almeta Cantlo, Patricia Ollison, Sandra Pringle, Hyacinth McKenzie, Patsy Agee, Julie Bartlett, Barbara Chapman, Bernard Leverett, Ben Ollison, Mari-Yan Pringle, Thomas Pringle, Andrea Scarborough, and Ameila Williams-Marshall.
